Samoa Truffles – Balls Cake Recipe

  • Two cups Shredded Coconut
  • Eleven ounces Soft Caramels
  • Twelve ounces Chocolate Candy Melts

  1. Place the coconut in a pan and toast it over medium heat until golden.
  2. Fill a pot with an inch of water and add the milk and caramels.
  3. Cook until the caramels become fully melted.
  4. Stir in the coconut.
  5. Let cool before rolling the mixture out into 35 small balls.
  6. Melt the chocolate.
  7. Dip the samosa in the chocolate.
  8. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
