Courageous Peach – Smoothie

Making equipment:-
  • Smoothie Maker or Blender

Ingredients:

  • One handful of spinach
  • Two peaches
  • One handful of fresh or frozen mango
  • Water
  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Place all the ingredients in your smoothie maker and blend.
  2. Feel free to substitute the water with coconut water or another Healthy liquid (unsweetened nut milk)

  • Peaches are a rich source of carbohydrates and natural sugars so high for an energy boost. If you use dried peaches, they are also a great source of iron.
