- Smoothie Maker or Blender
- One handful of spinach
- Two peaches
- One handful of fresh or frozen mango
- Ice cubes
- Place all the ingredients in your smoothie maker and blend.
- Feel free to substitute the water with coconut water or another Healthy liquid (unsweetened nut milk)
- Peaches are a rich source of carbohydrates and natural sugars so high for an energy boost. If you use dried peaches, they are also a great source of iron.
