Making equipment:-

• Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer

Ingredients:

• Ice cubes
• Four teaspoons of Noilly Prat
• Four measures gold tequila
• Four teaspoons of brine from a jar of black olives
• Four black olives to decorate

Those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.

Preparation

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes and add the Noilly Prat, stir to coat the rice thoroughly, then pour away the excess vermouth.
2. Add the tequila and brine and stir until thoroughly chilled, strain into 2 chilled martini glasses, decorate with black olives and serve
