Making equipment:-

• Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer

Ingredients:

• Ice cubes
• Four measures gin
• Six measures Earl Grey tea
• Six measures of pink grapefruit juice
• Six measures of soda water
• One measure of sugar syrup

To decorate

• Pink grapefruit slices
• Black cherries
