Preparation time 30 minutes.
Cooking time 25-30 minutes.

Ingredients :

• 175g butter
• 175 casted sugar
• Three eggs beaten
• 250g self-raising flour
• One teaspoon baking powder
• Two bananas about 175g

For the Frosting:

• 50g butter
• 25g cocoa powder
• 250g icing sugar (sifted)
• Two tablespoons milk.

Preparation:

1. Cream the butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl until pale and creamy.
2. Gradually mix in alternate spoonfuls of beaten egg and flour until all has been added and the mixture is smooth.
3. Add the baking powder and mashed bananas and mix well.
