Making equipment:-
- Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer
Ingredients:
- Three teaspoons mandarin oleo-saccharum
- One measure of orange juice, chilled
- Four measures of Champagne chilled
- Orange twist, to decorate
Those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.
Preparation
- Add the oleo-saccharum to a flute and top with chilled Champagne.
- Stir gently and decorate with an orange twist.
