Making equipment:-

• Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer

Ingredients:

• Three teaspoons mandarin oleo-saccharum
• One measure of orange juice, chilled
• Four measures of Champagne chilled
• Orange twist, to decorate

Those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.

Preparation

1. Add the oleo-saccharum to a flute and top with chilled Champagne.
2. Stir gently and decorate with an orange twist.
