Making equipment:-

• Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer

Ingredients:

• One measure tequila
• Four chunks watermelon
• Five mint leaves, plus an extra sprig, to decorate
• One teaspoon agave syrup

I have noticed even people who claim everything is predestined, and that we can do nothing to change it, look before they cross the road.

Preparation

1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass, decorate with a mint sprig and serve.
