Making equipment:-
  • Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer


  • Four cubes fresh mango, about 2 cm each
  • One teaspoon grenadine
  • Five measures prosecco, chilled

  1. Put the mango and grenadine into a food processor or blend until smooth.
  2. Strain into a flute glass, top with the prosecco and serve.
