Beef Stew – Lunch Recipe

  • Two lbs. sirloin, chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 1-2 tablespoon. Ghee.
  • Two pouches bone broth
  • One onion, sliced thinly
  • Three carrots, chopped
  • One cup chopped celery stalks
  • One cup of frounce peas
  • Three tablespoons. tomato paste
  • One tablespoon. black pepper
  • Four bay leaves
  • Chopped parsley
  • One teaspoon. salt

Heat a soup pot over medium heat and add the ghee.

  1. Coat the meat with pepper and salt and brown it in batches (depending on the size of the pot)
  2. Add the spices, tomato paste, veggies, broth and bay leaves. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer. Cook for 45 minutes.
  3. Garnish with parsley and serve.
  4. Serve with white rice
