Casserole with Ham, Ricotta and Spinach – Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg 12 pieces.
  • Ham 500 g
  • Froze spinach 150 g
  • Ricotta 100 g
  • Fatty cream 30 g
  • Onion half pieces.
  • Garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Provencal herbs 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Turn the oven on 180 C. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Mix in a blender four eggs, cream, ricotta, and onion until smooth.
  3. Beat the rest of the eggs.
  4. Mix the contents of the mixer and eggs in a large bowl.
  5. Add the spices and stir until smooth.
  6. Then add the thawed, squeezed and chopped spinach and finely
  7. chopped ham.
  8. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Bake in the oven for 30-35
  9. minutes until the top looks baked.
