Cinnamon Pear Frozen – Yoghurt Recipe

Making equipment:-
  • Saucepan
  • Canning jars
  • Preparation time: 80 minutes
  • Portion: 3 persons

Ingredients:

  • One (15 ounce) can pear halves
  • Two cups vanilla yoghurt
  • One-third cup white sugar
  • Half teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Quarter teaspoon ground allspice

Preparation:

  1. Drain pears, reserving half a cup of juice.
  2. Puree pears in food processor or blender.
  3. Combine pears, reserved juice, yoghurt, sugar, cinnamon and allspice in canister of ice cream maker.
  4. Freeze according to manufacturers’ Preparation
