- Two cups vanilla yoghurt
- One-third cup of white sugar
- Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon

- Puree pears in a food processor or blender.
- Combine pears, reserved juice, yoghurt, sugar, cinnamon and allspice in a canister of the ice cream maker.
