- Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer
- Three slices mandarin
- Two raspberries, plus extra to decorate
- Two teaspoons sugar syrup
- One measure fino sherry
- Four measures prosecco, chilled
- Place the watermelon chunks in a cocktail shaker and muddle, add the tequila, sriracha, salt, peppercorns and some ice cubes and shake.
- Strain into a glass full of ice cubes and top up with the tomato juice, stir well, decorate with a watermelon wedge and serve.
