- Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer
- Four chunks watermelon, plus extra to decorate
- Two measures tequila
- Two teaspoons sriracha sauce
- One pinch salt
- Two pinches pink peppercorns
- Ice cubes
- Four measures tomato juice
- Place the watermelon chunks in a cocktail shaker and muddle, add the tequila, sriracha, salt, peppercorns and some ice cubes and shake.
- Strain into a glass full of ice cubes and top up with the tomato juice, stir well, decorate with a watermelon wedge and serve.
