Whisky Highball – Cocktail Recipe

Making equipment:-
  • Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer

Ingredients:

  • Ice cubes
  • Two measures Scotch whisky
  • One dish Angostura bitters
  • Four measures soda water
To decorate:
  • Lemon wedges
  • Lime wedges

Preparation:

  1. Add three large ice cubes and the whisky with Angostura bitters to a glass, stir gently, then fill the glass with more ice cubes and top up with the soda water.
  2. Decorate with a lemon twist and serve.
