Making equipment:-
  • Smoothie Maker or Blender


  • One handful of kale
  • Two peaches
  • Two handfuls of grapes
  • 250ml coconut water
  • Ice cubes

  1. Place all the ingredients in your smoothie maker blender.
  2. Blend for approximately 30 seconds.
  3. Add more liquid if required.
