Apples and Pears – Smoothie Recipe

Making equipment:-
  • Smoothie Maker or Blender

Ingredients:

  • One handful of spinach
  • One handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
  • One apple
  • One pear
  • One tablespoon of ground flaxseeds
  • 250ml of coconut water
  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Add all the ingredients to the smoothie maker blender and top up with water if required.
  2. Blend for around 30 seconds or until smooth.
