Condensed Milk – Ice Cream Recipe

  • Fatty Cream 400 ml
  • Erythritol 120g
  • Butter 40g
  • Vanilla Extract to taste

  1. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat and mix.
  2. Bring to a boil, turn down the heat and boil for 25-35 minutes, or until the liquid has evaporated and the volume is reduced one halftime.
  3. Pour the condensed milk into a container and refrigerate.
  4. Note: it thickens when cooled.
