Cranberry and Pistachio White Chocolate – Balls Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • One-Third cup of Powdered Sugar
  • One teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • Five tablespoons Butter
  • Eleven ounces of White Chocolate
  • Three tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • One-Third cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • One-Third cup of Powdered Sugar
  • One-Third cup of toasted pistachios, finely chopped

Preparation:

  1. Melt the butter and heavy cream in your microwave.
  2. Melt the chocolate in another bowl.
  3. Combine both of the mixtures. Note that they should have the same temperature.
  4. Stir in the cranberries and pistachios.
  5. Let’s sit for an hour.
  6. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  7. Scoop small balls out of the mixture.
  8. Coat them with powdered sugar.
