Kale Crunch – Smoothie Recipe

Making equipment:-
  • Smoothie Maker or Blender


  • Two handfuls of kale
  • Half pineapple
  • Half banana
  • 250ml coconut water
  • Ice cubes
It does not matter where you are, and you are nowhere compared to where you can go.- Bob Proctor


  1. Place all the ingredients in the smoothie maker and blend.
  2. Add more coconut water or plain water if required.
  3. Blend for around 30 seconds or until smooth.

  • Kale contains all the essential amino acids and nine non-essential ones. It has an exceptionally high level of protein in it and is a powerful antioxidant.
