- Smoothie Maker or Blender
- Two handfuls of kale
- Half pineapple
- Half banana
- 250ml coconut water
- Ice cubes
- Place all the ingredients in the smoothie maker and blend.
- Add more coconut water or plain water if required.
- Blend for around 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Kale contains all the essential amino acids and nine non-essential ones. It has an exceptionally high level of protein in it and is a powerful antioxidant.
