Oat-tastic – Smoothie Recipe

Making equipment:-
  • Smoothie Maker or Blender


  • One pear
  • One apple
  • 30g oatmeal
  • One tablespoon honey
  • 250ml of unsweetened almond milk
It does not matter where you are, and you are nowhere compared to where you can go.- Bob Proctor


  1. Chop the apple and pear up, removing the core, leaving the skin on.
  2. Add the other ingredients and top up with water if required.
  3. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.
