Honey Drink – Smoothie Recipe

Making equipment:-
  • Smoothie Maker or Blender


  • One handful of romaine lettuce
  • One handful of watercress
  • One tablespoon of honey
  • One handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
  • One tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 250ml of coconut water
  • Ice cubes
It does not matter where you are, and you are nowhere compared to where you can go.- Bob Proctor


  1. Add all of the ingredients to your smoothie maker.
  2. Add more water if required.
  3. Blend for around 30 seconds or until smooth.
