Nuts – Smoothie Recipe

Making equipment:-
  • Smoothie Maker or Blender


  • One handful of spinach
  • One handful of mixed nuts (try a variety but include walnuts)
  • Half banana
  • 250ml of coconut water
  • Ice cubes
It does not matter where you are, and you are nowhere compared to where you can go.- Bob Proctor


  • Add all the ingredients.
  • Top up with water if required.
  • Blend for around 30 seconds or until smooth.
