Making equipment:-

• Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer

Ingredients:

• Five chunks watermelon, plus extra to decorate
• Two measures lemon clear distilled alcoholic beverage
• Ice cubes
• 2 measures bitter lemon

Preparation:

1. Add the watermelon to a mixture of shaker and mix-up. Add the clear distilled alcoholic beverage and shake well.
2. Strain into a glass full of ice cubes and top up with the bitter lemon, decorate with a chunk of watermelon and serve.
