Making equipment:-
- Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer
Ingredients:
- Five chunks watermelon, plus extra to decorate
- Two measures lemon clear distilled alcoholic beverage
- Ice cubes
- 2 measures bitter lemon
Preparation:
- Add the watermelon to a mixture of shaker and mix-up. Add the clear distilled alcoholic beverage and shake well.
- Strain into a glass full of ice cubes and top up with the bitter lemon, decorate with a chunk of watermelon and serve.
