Salmon with Rosemary – Dinner Recipe

  • Salmon (steak) 700 g
  • Lemon juice one tablespoon.
  • Olive oil one tablespoon.
  • Dry rosemary half teaspoon.

  1. Mix all ingredients except salmon in a baking pan. You can add pepper to taste.
  2. Place the salmon steaks in the pan and turn them over to soak on both sides.
  3. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Wrap each steak in foil and bake in an oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
