Making equipment:-

• Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer

Ingredients:

• One crisp apple, plus an apple slice, to decorate
• Ice cubes
• Two measures rye whiskey
• One measure soda water

Preparation:

1. Juice the apple and pour into a glass full of ice cubes.
2. Add the whiskey and soda water, decorate with an apple slice.
