Strawberry and Champagne – Balls Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • One package Strawberry Cake Mix
  • Three Eggs
  • Sixteen ounces White Cake Frosting
  • One-third cup Vegetable Oil
  • One-Quarter cups Champagne
  • One tablespoons Butter
  • Twenty Four ounces White Chocolate
  • Half teaspoons Lemon Extract

Preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the cake mix, champagne, eggs and oil.
  3. Pour the batter in a greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Let cool completely before crumbling to a bowl.
  5. Add frosting and mix with your hands.
  6. Make balls out of the mixture and arrange them on a lined sheet.
  7. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  8. Melt the butter and chocolate together.
  9. Stir in the lemon extract.
  10. Dip the balls into the mixture.
  11. Serve when hardened and enjoy.
