Making equipment:-

• Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer

Ingredients:

• Ice cubes
• 1 measure amber rum
• 2 teaspoons lime juice
• 3teaspoons orange liqueur
• 3 measures ginger beer
• Lime and orange slice, to decorate

Preparation

1. Fill a glass with ice, pour rum, lime juice, orange liqueur and ginger beer into the glass and stir.
2. Decorate with lime and orange slice and serve
