Zan La Cay – Cocktail Recipe

Making equipment:-
  • Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer

Ingredients:

  • 5cm piece cucumber
  • One green cardamom pod
  • Three teaspoons crème de Peche
  • Two teaspoons sugar syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Four measures Champagne, chilled
  • Cucumber slice, to decorate

Preparation

  1. Muddle the cucumber and cardamom pod at the base of a cocktail shaker then add the crème de Peche and sugar syrup.
  2. Add a couple of ice cubes, pour in the Champagne and stir before straining into a flute glass.
  3. Decorate with a cucumber slice and serve.
