Making equipment:-
- Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- One measure blended scotch whisky
- One measure ginger wine
- Two dashes Angostura bitters
- Four measures soda water
- Lemon wedge, to decorate

- Fill the glass with ice cubes, add the remaining
- Decorate with a lemon wedge and serve.
