African Style Short Ribs – Dinner Recipe

  • Portion: 4 persons

Ingredients:

Ribs and Sauce:
  • Rice Vinegar 2 tablespoon.
  • Soy Sauce 1/4 cup
  • Fish Sauce 2 tablespoon.
  • Short Ribs 6 large, flank cut (about 1.5 lbs.)
African Spices:
  • Red Pepper Flakes half teaspoon.
  • Garlic (minced) half teaspoon.
  • Onion Powder half teaspoon.
  • Ginger (ground) 1 teaspoon.
  • Sesame Seeds half teaspoon.
  • Salt 1 tablespoon.
  • Cardamom 1/4 teaspoon.

Preparation:

  1. For the ribs, mix all of the Sauce Ingredients and marinate the ribs for at least an hour.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients for the spice rub.
  3. Remove the bones from the Sauce and rub with the spices from the previous step.
  4. Heat your grill, and grill for approximately 5 minutes per side.
