Making equipment:-
  • Smoothie Maker or Blender


  • One handful of romaine lettuce
  • half raw beetroot
  • One carrot
  • 1cm of ginger
  • Half lemon (unwaxed)
  • Water
  • Ice cubes

  1. Add all the ingredients to the smoothie maker.
  2. If you don’t like the strong taste of raw beetroot, you may want to juice it instead.
  3. Add more water or liquid if required.
