Cashew Nuts – Smoothie Recipe

Making equipment:-
  • Smoothie Maker or Blender

Ingredients:

  • One apple
  • One handful of cashew nuts
  • Two bananas
  • One teaspoon Spirulina
  • Water
  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in your smoothie maker and blend.
  2. Spirulina can be bought in all good Nutrition food market.
  3. It is quite an acquired taste so you may want to get yourself used to it by starting with tiny amounts.
  4. It will also turn your smoothie a striking green colour.
