Chicken Kebab – Dinner Recipe

  • Chicken thigh fillet 400 g
  • Greek yoghurt 80 g
  • Olive oil one tablespoon.
  • Wine vinegar two teaspoon
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Turmeric 1 teaspoon.
  • Oregano 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Cut the chicken thigh fillet into small pieces (2.5 cm) and place them in a bowl.
  2. Mix yoghurt, olive oil, vinegar, turmeric, oregano, and chopped garlic and pour over the chicken.
  3. Lightly salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
  4. Leave to marinate for at least an hour.
  5. Take wooden skewers and spread the chicken pieces.
  6. Skewers can be cooked in the oven, or on the grill Serve chicken with Tzatziki sauce (yoghurt, fresh cucumbers, and garlic), fresh vegetables, and feta cheese
