Funfetti – Balls Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • One 9×13 baked Yellow Cake
  • Rainbow Sprinkles
  • One cup of Vanilla Frosting
  • One-pound White Candy Melts
  • Two tablespoons Shortening

Preparation:

  1. Crumble the cake in a large bowl.
  2. Add the sprinkles and vanilla frosting.
  3. Mix with your hands and make balls out of the mixture.
  4. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  5. Melt the white candy melts and shortening together in the microwave.
  6. Stir to combine well.
  7. Dip the cake balls into the chocolate mixture.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
