Ginger Zest – Smoothie Recipe

Making equipment:-
  • Smoothie Maker or Blender


  • Two carrots
  • One handful of fresh or frozen mango
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1cm ginger
  • half lemon (unwaxed)
  • Water
  • Ice cubes

  1. Add all the ingredients to the smoothie maker.
  2. If you are not using unwaxed lemons, peel the skin off and just add the flesh.
  3. Top up with water. Blend for around 30 seconds.
