Grape Vitality – Smoothie

Making equipment:-
  • smoothie maker or blend

Ingredients:

  • Two handfuls of romaine lettuce
  • One carrot
  • Two handfuls of grapes
  • One tablespoon of ground flaxseed
  • 250ml of water

Preparation:

  1. Place all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
  2. As with other ingredients, you can freeze your grapes if you want and take them from the freezer as and when you need them.
