Ingredients:

• Two measures crème de cacao
• Two measures crème de menthe-mint sprigs, to decorate

Preparation:

• Pour the crème de cacao into two martini glasses
• Using the back of a bar spoon, float the crème de menthe over the crème de cacao to create a separate layer, decorate with mint sprigs and serve.
• For a Banshee, shake together two measures crème de cacao with two measures crème de banana, two measures single cream and plenty of crushed ice, then strain into two chilled martini glasses.
