Homemade Muffins – Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Protein with vanilla flavour 45g
  • Almond flour 1 cup
  • Eggs 5 pieces.
  • Butter half cup
  • Erythritol 1 cup
  • Baking powder two teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk half cup

Preparation:

  1. Melt the butter in a microwave and mix with eggs, milk, baking powder and salt using a mixer.
  2. Add protein, flour and erythritol and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the dough into a mould and bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C. 32-37 minutes.
  4. Allow the cake to cool for 15–20 minutes before getting out of shape.
