Oatmeal – Recipe

This is a great and tasty way to start the day! The recipe is very dense and nutritious.

  • Almond milk 1/2 cup
  • Almond flour ¼ cup
  • Coconut ¼ cup
  • Flax flour one tablespoon
  • Coconut oil one tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon.
  • Salt to taste
  • Blueberries 1/2 cup
  • Almond oil one tablespoon

  1. Place all ingredients except blueberries and almond oil, in a small ladle, bring to a boil and simmer until it thickens.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and place on top of the berries and almond oil.
