Making equipment:-

• Makes 2 highball glasses
• Muddler, straw

Ingredients:-

• 8 orange slice, plus wedges to decorate
• 4 teaspoons almond syrup
• Crushed ice
• 4 measures pink grapefruit juice
• 6 dashes Angostura bitters

Preparation:

• Muddle half the orange slice and almond syrup in each glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour in the gin.
• Stir, top up with the grapefruit juice and bitters and decorate with orange wedges. Serve with straws.
