Peanut Butter Cupcake in a Cup – Lunch Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Peanut Paste 60 g
  • Butter 40 g
  • Almond Flour 60 g
  • Erythritol 6 tablespoons.
  • Baking Powder 2 teaspoon.
  • Eggs 2 pieces.
  • Vanilla extract half teaspoon.
  • Water 60 ml
  • Dark chocolate three tablespoons.

Preparation:

  1. Melt the peanut butter and butter together in a microwave and blend into a smooth mass.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, erythritol, and baking powder.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla extract, melted butter, and water.
  4. Mix well and add chocolate.
  5. Pour the mixture into six mugs and cook in the microwave for 1 minute.
