Pina Coco – Cocktail Recipe

Making equipment:-
  • Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer

Ingredients:

  • One pineapple
  • Four measures of amber rum
  • One measure Galliano
  • One measure of coconut cream
  • Four measures of passion fruit juice
  • One banana
  • One cup ice

Preparation

  1. Cut the top off the pineapple and use a pineapple corer to remove the flesh inside the pineapple. Set aside the hollowed-out pineapple.
  2. Cut the pineapple flesh into chunks.
  3. Add 7 chunks of the pineapple and the remaining ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth, pour into the hollowed-out pineapple and serve with straws.
