Salmon with Broccoli – Dinner Recipe

  • Salmon Steak 500 g
  • Broccoli 500 g
  • Lemon Juice 2 tablespoon.
  • Hard Cheese 100 g
  • Milk 200 ml
  • Eggs 4 pieces
  • Cream 100 ml
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Cut salmon fillet into slices, and cover with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Leave for 30 minutes, then cover with hot water and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
  3. Cover broccoli with hot water and salt and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Whip cream with milk, cheese, and eggs.
  5. Then, add salt and pepper.
  6. In the form of layers, spread out the vegetables and fish, then cover them with the cream mixture.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes at 220°C.
